Home Thermal Insulation How does it work ?
In order to create a good indoor climate and to save energy certain measures should be taken to reduce the heat flow into a building.
Heat flows from a warmer to a cooler space and by placing a layer of insulation material i.e. Cellulose Insulation on the ceiling it is possible to reduce drastically the amount of heat transmitted into the house and reduce the indoor temperature up to 7 degree celcius.
The Cellulose Insulation is funneled into the ceiling using an imported rotary airlock pump and agitator or so called fiber moving machine.
Cellulose Insulation is then level off to the required average thickness of 100mm. Every nook and cranny and all hard reach corners of the ceiling is covered with Cellulose Insulation , providing an effective insulation blanket without GAPS which is seamless that virtually eliminates air infiltration.

The impact that roofs have on energy is often overlooked, the impact of which can be significant. In Malaysia, the roof of most houses are constructed using timber roof trusses and concrete roof tiles. The heat gained through the roof which convect through the ceiling has increased the indoor heat to a level that most house owners will not feel comfortable without the use of air conditioners.
However, the usage of air conditioners is not the answer to get rid of the stifling indoor heat unless the whole house is equipped with air conditioners and one is prepared to shoulder the high electricity cost and the maintenance cost of the cooling equipment.
